Salary: £70,000+ per annum (negotiable for exceptional candidates)

About Us
We are a family based in Kensington seeking an experienced, dedicated, and professional live-in housekeeper/nanny. You will play a vital role in our household, maintaining our home to a high standard while also contributing to the development and well-being of our children.
Key Responsibilities
Housekeeping: Maintain cleanliness and organization in a large household, ensuring all areas are cleaned to a high standard.
Childcare: Provide support in caring for our children, with a focus on Montessori-inspired methods. Engage them in activities that promote learning and development.
Travel: Be available to travel with the family domestically and internationally, ensuring continuity in household care and support for the children.
Laundry and Wardrobe Management: Handle laundry, ironing, and organizing the family’s wardrobes.
Meal Preparation: Assist with light meal preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and coordinating with other household staff as needed.
Organization: Manage household supplies and inventory, running errands when necessary.
Flexibility: Be adaptable and flexible to accommodate the family’s needs, including occasional babysitting or extended hours.
Requirements
Experience: At least 5+ years of experience in high-end housekeeping or nanny roles, preferably in a live-in capacity.
Montessori Experience: Familiarity with Montessori methods and a passion for child development is highly desirable.
Active & Energetic: Must be physically active and able to keep up with a dynamic household.
Flexibility with Travel: Must be willing and able to travel with the family.
Excellent Communication: Fluent English is required, and additional languages are a plus.
References: Must provide verifiable references from previous employers.
